How do you source your products?

We focus on selecting high quality products that align with our company values.

Brands that believe in artisanal excellence, using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients and labour, with minimal packaging and plastic. Brands that support the local community and minimize environmental footprint.

While we aim to promote local, eco-friendly brands, we are open to sourcing and selecting gifts to meet your specific requirements. Whether it’s a Bang & Olufsen headphone set, Louis Vuitton purse, Apple airtag, Tiffany necklace or rare Whiskey, we can provide highly bespoke gift boxes to meet even the most discerning taste.

 How are your products environmentally-friendly or sustainable?

 Our products, packaging & shipping options are carefully selected to minimize plastic and harmful materials that harm the environment.

 Our gift boxes consist of a single box, with items carefully secured using crinkle shred filler. We use packaging made of a high percentage of post-consumer recycled material. Our biodegradable stickers are unlaminated and made of paper pulp. We do not use any plastic in our packaging and aim to include plastic-free products wherever possible.

 How do you protect your gift boxes during delivery?

 All gift boxes are carefully packaged with items secured using crinkle shred filler to avoid displacement during delivery. Our gift boxes are packed in custom fit mailing cartons additional recycled paper padding to ensure recipients opening their gifts receive the best possible experience.

 Do you provide personalised messages for recipients?

 Absolutely. Each gift box includes a custom notecard beautifully handwritten on recycled paper. If you would like to upgrade to a personalized, hand-lettered greeting card, please include this in your order.

 Do you offer personalized products?

 Personalisation of products may be able to be provided on request, depending on the product being personalized. Any custom requests may affect time and cost of your gift box.  Please email us at hello@hinton-hg.com with any special requests.

 Do you have a physical store where I can see and purchase your products?

 Hinton Handcrafted Gifts is an online business, however we do have a small selection of gift boxes on display at The Women’s Lounge, 4th floor, Hollywood Commercial House, 3-5 Old Bailey St, Central.

 Do you have a subscription service or reward program?

 We currently do not offer a subscription service, but your order details are kept on file for any future order or you are welcome to place new orders any time.We also do not currently offer a rewards program. Please stay tuned for updates in 2024!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & Apple Pay. We do not store or collect credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed through Shopify Payments for your privacy and security. You can also pay by FPS, PayMe and bank transfer (choose "manual payment" option at the check out to see details).
